REQUIREMENTS
To earn CE, a certificate of completion, the credential CH-ASM™, and a digital badge, enrollees must:
- Possess a valid dental license (RDH, DT, DDS)
- Complete the IPE Competency Training
- Complete 100% of the program
- Pass one of two final assessments
- Complete a Capstone Project

GUIDELINES
One requirement for receiving a certificate of completion and the CH-ASM™ educational credential is completing a capstone project, which allows you to apply your knowledge and make a positive impact.
Complete one case study using the provided guidelines and template. The case study must include patient selection based on the screening tools taught in the program, demographics, history, assessment, referrals, treatment, and follow-up.
